Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Areas and Availability:

We currently offer milk deliveries to below pin codes -

421301 - Kalyan Khadakpada

421204 - Palava city Shilphata

400607 / 400615 / 400607 / 400059 - Thane. 

Check our website or contact customer support for the most up-to-date information on delivery availability.

2. Delivery Schedule:

Our standard delivery days are Monday to Sunday (365 days). Please note that delivery times may vary based on your location and other factors i.e. all deliveries are scheduled between 05-07 am. We deliver Fresh & Pure Milk within 8 hrs from Milking. You will receive a confirmation email with your specific delivery date and time.

3. Order Deadline:

To ensure timely delivery, place your orders at least 08 hours prior dispatch. Our dispatch starts at 04 am. Orders placed after this time will be scheduled for the next available delivery day.

4. Delivery Charges:

Currently we are offering Free shipping for a minimum order quantity of 15 liters per month, if quantity is less, then Rs.50/- per deliveries will be. Check our website/ Mobile App for current shipping rates and promotions.

5. Packaging:

Our milk products are carefully packaged to maintain freshness during transit. We use Glass Bottles to ensure the quality of our products upon delivery.

6. Delivery Confirmation:

You will receive a confirmation email and/or SMS notification once your order has been dispatched. Please ensure that someone is available to receive the delivery at the provided address.

7. Un-Attended Deliveries:

If no one is available to receive the delivery, our driver will leave the package in a secure location (if possible) or attempt redelivery. It is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate delivery instructions and ensure the safety of the delivered products.

8. Quality Assurance:

We guarantee the freshness and quality of our milk products up to the point of delivery. If you encounter any issues with the quality of the products upon delivery, please contact our customer support team within 02 hrs for assistance.
